Digital Globe’s acquisition of GlobeXplorer has enabled the company to offer customers a large amount of satellite and aerial imagery as well as a complete Web-based search delivery distribution platform, transforming Digital Globe into twenty-first century, Web-based geospatial imagery provider. Additionally the acquisition enables Digital Globe’s partners, such as Cooper Aerial, to offer their customers more complete service offerings including: aerial imagery, eCommerce functionalities, web services, and additional content from imagery sources.
