Cooper has been providing Aerial Survey services to the civil engineering, hydrology, and transportation community for over 45 years. Recent flood control projects completed were 200 square miles of 2′ contour mapping for the Mohave County Flood Control District, 60 square miles of 2′ contour mapping for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, and 50 square miles of 2′ countour mapping for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County.
